日本語Nahiro Aijien is planning to have a special BBQ event in June!
The Event:
Nahiro Aijien BBQ Event
(A BBQ with Nahiro Aijien Kids)
Date:
Saturday, May 19th 2012
10:00am-3:00pm
Location (Meeting & Departing):
Handa City "Undo Koen" Park, Day Camp Area

We will meet at "Parking Lot No.3" in Undo Koen Park at 10:00am. If you aren't driving, we will let you know the direction / station by train. Please let us know how you are planning to travel to the event.

Attire:
Please be casual and comfortable. It can be hot or cool, so dress for the weather.
Fee:
We are asking that all volunteers please bring 1000yen each, since food and drinks will be provided for us by Nahiro Aijien.
What you are expected to do at the event as a volunteer:
To help Nahiro Staff hold the BBQ event and play with kids, various ages (from kindergarten to high school)
The number of volunteers needed:
There will be around 60 kids, so we would like to have as many volunteers as possible.
Registration deadline:
Since food and drinks will need to be prepared for us as well, please let us know by Tuesday, May 15th 2012.

半田運動公園内（デイキャンプ場）

内容:
飲料、飲食は名広愛児園の方で用意をしていただけますので、会費のみご用意ください。
園児から高校生までの子供達と一緒に、バーベキューの用意や一緒に遊んでいただける方を募集してます。
全生徒数が60名近くいますので、出来るだけ多くのボランティアを必要としてます

飲食の準備がありますので、2012/5/15(火）までにご連絡ください。
