Dear SFNers,

I hope you are all having a great week!

First of all, a note of thanks for all who attended the meeting last Friday. It was fantastic to see so many people out at the meeting!

Also thank you to everyone for your warm wishes and congratulations!

A few announcements and a couple of sincere request for help.

As you all know, this weekend is the Aichi Vision Art and Film Festival. Check out the following link for more info. Looks to be a great event!

We (SFN) will be displaying the different T shirt designs from the orphanage children and people will be voting for the winners.

Joe, and the organisers will be again donating to SFN and we very much appreciate this generosity again this year!

How about we lend a hand (help)???To show our appreciation.

We are looking for 10 or more people to assist with helping in the T-shirt booth and some people to help as ushers (help people to their seat) during the film festival.
So far, Eiko Fukami, Saeko Kitamura, Lorraine Truchuk, and I (James Hedden) have decided to help out on Saturday. Apologies for the short notice.
We would really, really, appreciate a few more SFN people to help out if possible. If you are able to come out, please call or email me to let me know. santaandfriendsnagoya@gmail.com or call James 080 3285 4823.
Lastly, if you would like to attend the event, it is only 1000yen for a ticket. We have many tickets to sell on behalf of SFN. Can you help us out and buy tickets from us? If you would like to buy a ticket let me know. If you would like to just donate 1000, we will give you a ticket. All for a great cause.

SFNボランティアのみなさん

楽しい1週間を過ごしていますか？

最初に先週金曜日の月間ミーティングに参加してくださったみなさん有難うございました。いつもよりもたくさんの方が参加してくれました。

それに私の将来の祝福をしてくださったことにも大変感謝しています。

ミーティング時にもありましたが、イベントでの手伝いをしてくださる方を探しています。

ご存知の方もいらっしゃると思いますが、今週末に愛知ビジョンアート＆フィルムフェスティバルが開催されます。

詳細は以下をご覧下さい。素晴らしいイベントですよ！

毎年このイベントでSFNは寄付を頂いています。そして今年もジョーさん（主催者）はSFNに寄付をしてくれる予定でいます。

今年のSFNで作成するTシャツの絵柄ですが、養護施設の子ども達が描いたデザイン画より優勝作品を決定する投票もこのイベントで行います。

そういった意味でもSFNのボランティアには是非ともこのフィルムフェスティバルを手伝ってもらいたいと思います。

SFNから出きれば10名のボランティアの参加をお願いしたいと思います。

時間帯はだいたい12：00-16：00（ずっとではなく休憩しながら）手伝ってもらう内容としてはTシャツ投票ブースと映画鑑賞する際にみなさんを席に誘導するお仕事です。

今のところ、 Eiko Fukami、 Saeko Kitamura、 Lorraine Truchuk、そして僕 (James Hedden)が当日手伝いに行く予定です。

今週末ということで時間が差し迫り申し訳ありませんが、誰か一緒に手伝いをしてくれる人は僕まで連絡してください。

最後にこのイベントに参加される方はチケット代 1000円です。SFNとして既にチケットを預かっていますのでSFNから購入していただけると大変助かります。そして、もし周りに興味のある方がいれば是非チケットを販売してください。チケットは僕の元にあります。
