Dear SFNers,


I hope you are all well and have had a great start to 2019.


Also, a huge note of appreciation to all volunteers for making 2018 another great year for SFN, and a thank you and yoroshiku for support this year as well.


You may have already booked off your calendar for next Friday (2.15.2019), but we would like to send out this as a reminder and request for sign up.


Please fill out the below form to let us know that you will attend and which course your prefer. As the date is soon approaching we would appreciate you submitting this by Monday February 11th 2019.


Also all former, current and new volunteers are welcome to attend. If you are bringing guests, please fill out the space titled guests in the form.

Place: Shooters Sports Bar and Grill
Cost: Course A: 2000 JPY (Includes buffet and 1 soft drink)
Course B: 3200 JPY (Includes buffet and 2 hours nomihodai (all you can drink)

いつもお世話になっております。


2019年も各自が素晴らしいスタートを切れたと願っております。 昨年も皆様のお力添えにより、SFNにとって素晴らしい年となりました。 心よりお礼申し上げます。


さて、既に予定を入れられている方も多いかと思いますが、 来週の2月15日(金)にSFNの新年会を行う予定です。


参加をご希望の方は、以下の説明に沿って指定のURLから申し込みをお願いいたします。 なお、急な連絡となり大変恐縮ではございますが、実施日が迫ってきておりますので、 2月11日(月)までにお申し込み頂きますようお願いいたします。


また、以前ボランティア登録されていた方、現在登録をされている方、 新規で登録をされた方、全ての方が参加対象となりますので、お連れ様と一緒に参加を希望の方は、 申込フォームの空白の箇所にお連れ様の氏名とご希望のコースをご入力ください。
