Dear SFNers,
Thanks again to all volunteers who came out to our last SFN Monthly meeting.
As you all know, December.10.2017 is our Christmas Olympic event, and there still is some planning and preparation to be done. All volunteers who wish to participate in this event are asked to attend at least one of the two following meetings:

We are now trying to find out how many volunteers will come to our Christmas Party. Can you please click the below, if you meet one of the above criteria, and spend 2 ~ 3 minutes to complete our survey (closed on Nov 21st @ 21:00PM)?
If you have attended our meetings in the past and have assisted with preparation, be sure to attend our next meeting(s) and update us accordingly.
Lastly, we are still looking for those who could assist with purchasing a gift or two for the children. For more details, please consult Saeko and Hiromi at our next SFN meetings.

少し遅くなりましたが、先月開催された定例ミーティングにご出席いただきありがとうございます。
今年のSFNクリスマスイベントはオリンピックを模して、2017年12月10日（日）に行う予定です。 本イベント開催のための事前計画や準備に、皆さんの更なるご協力が必要です。 そこで、今月のSFN定例ミーティングは、以下日程で2回に分けて開催します。 来月のクリスマスイベントに参加ご希望の方々は、最低でもこのうち一回は必ずご出席ください。

ここで大変お手数ですが、当日のボランティア参加者の人数を把握したいため、上記の条件を満たすことができるボランティアの方々は、以下にあるリンクをクリックしていただき簡単なアンケートにお答えください（アンケート期限は 11月21日21時。）
皆さんのなかで、先月までに開催されたSFN定例ミーティングに出席し、アクティビティなどの準備・用意をお願いされている方々は、次回ミーティング出席時に、近況報告をお願いします。
最後に、各施設の子供達が書いた Wishリスト をもとに、子供達にプレゼントを購入していただけれるボランティアの方々を今年も募っております。 詳細は、次回ミーティング出席時に サエコさん または ヒロミさん へ直接伺ってください。
