An early Merry Christmas and Thanks.
Thanks to all who have attended our meetings and will be participating in the upcoming, Dec 4th SFN Christmas Event.
And to all our continued sponsors, gift purchasers, and supporters, thank you very much for your continued kindness and support for our activities.
NOTE: This year, as space is somewhat limited at each orphanage, only those who have attended an SFN meeting, or those who have purchased a gift or sponsored are able to attend and participate in the Christmas event.
We do very much appreciate all others who would like to come out and participate on the day, but kindly ask that you attend a meeting next year and get more involved with support if possible.
In February next year, we will be hosting a SFN Shinnenkai, which all volunteers are welcome to join. Stay tuned for more information.
2016 SFN Xmas Event Information
For all 2016 SFN Christmas Event Participants, please read the below.
- Please read the below schedule and plan to be at the meeting spot on Dec. 4th on time.
- Please remember to bring your indoor shoes.
- Please remember to bring 500 yen for a SFN T-Shirt.
- If purchasing a gift for a child, please deliver to GDI by Nov. 25th at the latest.
- If helping with activity preparation, please arrange to have all material / items at the event.
- Please let us know if you will attend the SFN Xmas After Party from 6pm on Dec 4. (2000 yen / pp)
Note: a lunchbox will be provided for you during the morning and afternoon events.
Lastly, for all volunteers who have agreed to help with activity preparation, please contact and confirm that preparation has been completed by Sunday November 27th.
We look forward to seeing you all and to a great day with the SFN kids!!!!

Dear SFNボランティアのみなさま
少し早いですが、メリークリスマス！
クリスマスイベントに向けてのミーティングにご参加頂き、そして当日ボランティアに来ていただけるみなさん、どうもありがとうございます。
そして、毎年スポンサーになっていただいている企業さま、子ども達にギフトを購入してくださる方々、その他の形でご協力いただいている方々、みなさまの温かい心に感謝いたします。
注意: 今年は各施設を回ってのイベントということで、養護施設のスペースに限りがあるため、SFNのミーティングに参加された方、子どもにプレゼントを購入してくださった方、またはスポンサーになってくださった方を限定にボランティアとして参加していただいておりますのでご了承ください。
当日ボランティアに参加を希望される方の熱意には感謝いたしますが、是非来年の活動からご参加ください。
来年の活動は2月からを予定しており、SFNの新年会から始めます。これはどなたでもご興味のある方は参加できます。詳細はまた年が明けてからお伝えします。
2016 SFNクリスマスイベント詳細
2016 SFN クリスマス会に参加されるボランティアは以下お読みください
- 予定表を読んでいただき、当日は待ち合わせ場所に集合してください
- 室内履きを忘れずにお持ちください
- SFNのTシャツを500円で購入していただきます
- 子どもへプレゼントを購入してくださる方は、11/25（金）までに会議をやっている GDIオフィスまで届けてください
- アクティビティの担当をされている方は、必要な材料等を忘れないように準備しお持ちください
- 12/4のイベント終了後のお疲れ様会を18：00から駒方寮付近の中華料理やさんで軽く行いますので、参加される方は席確保の関係事前にご連絡ください (参加費2,000円/1人)
Note: 一日通しで参加されるボランティアさんにはお弁当の準備をします
最後に、アクティビティを担当されている方は、準備が整ったかどうかの確認（持ち物など）を11/27（日）までに各グループのリーダーと連絡をし確認をとってください
