Dear SFNers,
I hope you are all having a great week and start to July!

A huge thanks to everyone who was able to come out for the monthly & BBQ planning meeting last month on the 21st.

We have a great start to the 3rd Annual Summer SFN BBQ for 200+ children. Being a fairly good number of children, we would really appreciate your help Too (if possible).

Our BBQ date is set for Sunday July 21st in Shonai Park!

To participate, please register as a volunteer with Santa and Friends Nagoya, and then sign up to volunteer at the summer BBQ through the Santa and Friends Website.

As The Summer BBQ is a SFN volunteer event, all people must be registered.

Also, our next Monthly SFN meeting will be held on the 3rd Friday as schedule, July 19th, yet we hope to have all preparation and planning basically completed by the meeting. Therefore, it would be very much appreciated if all attendees could sign up online for the various helping roles.

SFNのみなさん
7月に突入しましたが、みなさんいかがお過ごしですか？

先月21日に行われましたBBQミーティングにお集まりいただいたみなさん、本当にありがとうございました。

今年3度目を迎えます、200人以上の子供たちが参加するSFNサマーBBQへ向けて、素晴らしいスタートが切れました。かなりの数の子供たちが参加するので、みなさまにご協力いただけると大変嬉しく思います。

今年のBBQは　7月21日(日)　に　庄内緑地公園にて　開催されます！

このサマーBBQはSFNのボランティアイベントですので、参加されるすべての方にSFNのボランティア登録をいていただく必要がございます。まだの方は下記のURLからご登録ください。

21日にたくさんの方にお会いできるのを楽しみにしております。

また、次回のSFNミーティングは通常通り第3金曜である19日に行われます。このミーティングで基本的な準備や計画を完了させたいと思っております。
そのため、参加されるみなさまが次回のミーティングまでに当日の役割のサインアップをしてくださると大変助かります。
